In everyone’s closet there are clothes that are worn the most and then there are clothes that have never been worn. It’s time to change that and get the most out of the money that was spent to have them. Here are six ways to get the most out of your closet

1. Know what you have

Spend some time going through your drawers and closet. You will find the clothes that have not been worn or the ones that have not been worn as much.

2. Find clothes that have not been worn yet

Make a pile of the clothes that you have not worn and begin to brainstorm outfits. Even pull out clothes that you have worn many times. Do not be afraid to put outfits together, and if you need a second opinion ask your roommate or ask a friend that will tell you the truth.

3. Plan outfits a day before

Though finding clothes and putting them together may be tedious and time consuming it will be worth it. You will have a new outfit and possibly have people compliment you on your outfit.

4. Try something different and mix it up

Try a patterned shirt with colored jeans instead of the usual blue jeans. Also, if the top is dressy try to wear either dress shoes or semi-dress shoes.

5. Want something new?

Ask your friend or roommate if you can borrow something of theirs. Do not take clothes without asking, it may cause some problems. If they say yes, you have a complete outfit. If not, try something else, a new outfit will appear in front of your eyes. P.S. Wash the article of clothing before giving it back.

You can also shop sales or clearance of your favorite place to shop, so you are not spending a lot of money.

6. Be comfortable and confident

It is essential to feel right in the clothes that you are going to wear. If you are not comfortable or confident wearing something, don’t wear it. Find an outfit that you will be able to feel good in.
