The memorable funny TV show, Punk’d is back and ready to make you laugh just as hard as the old seasons. Except this time we’re going to have to do without Ashton Kutcher and watch a new celebrity take his place every week. The newly-revamped show will now be playing on Thursdays at 10. Be prepared for a spin on the show and a whole new lineup of unsuspecting famous faces ready to experience the prank of their lives.

It’s been almost ten years since Punk’d made it’s famous debut. It was described as one of MTV’s phenomenon where Ashton Kutcher set up elaborate jaw dropping pranks to make celebrities freak out and make us fall to the floor laughing. However this season he has passed on his torch to celebrity hosts.

Justin Bieber was the host last week on Punk’d and made the first episode practically legendary by making his first attack on Taylor Swift, probably the sweetest girl in the world. He set up a scheme to make her think that she brutally destroyed a wedding and the hopes and fairytales of a newlywed couple. We all watched as she was accused of setting a boat on fire where a wedding was taking place.

However, Justin Bieber isn’t the only one to plan on filling the shoes of Ashton Kutcher - Miley Cyrus, Hayden Panettier, Dax Shepard, Lucy Hale, Nick Cannon and Heather Morris will all make their Punk’d debuts as well. As far as the hit list goes, Liam Hemsworth, Khloe Kardashian, Dianna Argon, Ron Artest, Lauren Conrad, Zac Efron, Ian Harding, Chloe Mortez, Emma Roberts, Vanessa Hudgens, and even Ronnie and Snooki of MTV’s own Jersey Shore are all on the list of soon to be pranks.

Also, Demi Levato is on the list of being cruelly pranked, which in my opinion seems kind of cruel considering her mental health issues she has in the past year, but I guess it’s all about a good laugh. Of the new season, MTV explains:

The celebrity hosts take “Punk’d” to a whole new level this season, with more complex, hilarious and fun pranks than ever before. For the first time in the series’ history, the curtain will be pulled back, giving viewers an inside look at what goes on behind the scenes to pull off these elaborate pranks. Get ready for some real outrageously fun moments that you wouldn’t expect from your favorite stars!”
