Everyone is pinning and drawing

“I was on Pinterest and I saw…” or “I am playing draw something and I drew...” are the words that are coming out of everyone’s mouth lately.
Pinterest and the application Draw Something are things that we as college students do to pass the time and procrastinate.
Pinterest was launched in March of 2010 and has recently grown in the number of users. For those who do not know about Pinterest, it is an interactive site that allows users to pin something they like to their own board. Unlike Facebook and Twitter, Pinterest users have to be invited to join.
There are many things that people can discover on Pinterest: food and drink recipes, fashion, products and ideas are some things that can be found on the site.
Multiple sites have been adding the “Pin it” button onto their site to make it easier for users to pin things to their own boards.
If you do not have one, find someone who does and ask him or her to invite you. It’s worth it.
Draw Something, like Pinterest, has seen a recent growth in users, and is currently at No 1 on iTunes for games.
If there is a chance to take a friend’s phone that has the application, do it. Draw Something is self explanatory. The user is giving three options to draw something and it’s up to the other person to guess what it is.
If there is no chance of guessing or if you want to give up then there are bombs that people use. The bombs that should be used sparingly to get rid of the letters that are not needed to spell a word.
Overall, Pinterest and Draw Something are the bandwagons to jump on right now.
